cb9996 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
We believe entertainment should be enjoyable and controlled. At cb9996, you have access to deposit limits, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock support — for 21+ users only.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
cb9996 is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. We believe online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Responsible gaming means enjoying entertainment within your means, sticking to a set budget, and spending a reasonable amount of time.
Our main goal is to build a culture of responsible gaming on our platform. cb9996 is always by your side to protect your mental well-being and financial security. Using our tools, you can decide for yourself how much you play, how much money you spend, and when to take a break.
Remember — gambling can cause financial loss. Always know your limits and never bet beyond your budget. Responsible gaming at cb9996 is a commitment, not just a policy.
Our Protection Tools
cb9996 offers several effective tools for responsible gaming — which you can activate directly from your account settings.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take effect after 24 hours.
Self-Exclusion
Close your account temporarily or permanently on your own. During self-exclusion, no new account can be opened. This decision is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Time-Out Feature
Take a time-out from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no transactions will be possible.
Bet Limit Setting
Set a maximum amount for a single bet. This protects you from spending too much in one session and helps build responsible betting habits.
Betting History and Reports
View your complete betting history and transaction reports at any time. Analyze your own playing patterns and make informed decisions.

Important Tips for Safe Gaming
The most important aspect of responsible gaming is budget planning. Before you start playing, decide how much money you can spend and never exceed that limit. The minimum deposit at cb9996 is ৳500 — consider this as your daily budget.
Stay in control even after a win. Many people bet more after winning and end up losing. Remember — gaming depends on random outcomes, and past wins do not guarantee future results.
- Play for entertainment only, not for income
- Avoid playing when tired or under stress
- Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol or medication
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
- Let your family know about your gaming and take their opinion
Step away from the urge to chase losses. Chasing losses is one of the biggest signs of problem gambling. If you lose, take a break for the rest of the day.
As part of responsible gaming at cb9996, we regularly monitor your playing patterns. If we notice an unusual betting pattern on any account, we will proactively reach out and, if necessary, temporarily restrict the account.
- Set a win limit too — stop once you reach a certain amount
- Set a time limit for each session in advance
- Never bet with borrowed money
- If in doubt, talk to us on live chat
- Only users aged 21 and above are allowed to play
